You suddenly have a feeling of Deja Vu.

"Just turn left on the highway."

The stranger goes over to the bartender and orders a beer. You finish your own drink, pocket the mug, and exit the building. The highway arks above the metallic ground, a 800 ft. tower. Red and yellow bikes are zooming by.

You drive your motorbike to the nearest drugstore. The building hangs off the edge of the highway, completely stable. "Mike's Food and Drug" reads a sign on the building. You walk in and step up to the counter. The clerk has a terrified expression on his face. "C-ccan I help you, sir?"
You notice his nametag says "Mike". There are several antibiotics on the shelf behind him. Just about every medicine you could think of.
