At work, you have to share.

In prison, you get free daily food.
At work, you have to pay.

In prison, you get to sit all day in a 9x11 cell.
At work, you have to sit all day in a 3x4 cubicle.

I think you got the idea. Go.

You live at prison. You share rooms with molesters. You share them with homo and bi. You have a possibility to be stabbed by your roomates in prison. If they can sneak it in. You have to do labor work at prison. you are not paid by it, yet at work you are. Make a crime, it goes in your criminal record or something. That lessens the chance to get into a good college if you want to go again. Many differences.
